WARRANTY
If your purchased merchandise has a warranty issue:
- Contact [email protected] for refund or replacement.
- Return everything received (box, catalog, accessories).
- Missing items will require payment for the percentage of missing accessories.
- If purchased from a reseller - return to the reseller, and they will contact the G1GameOne team.
Warranty Returns & Collection
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
- Additional charges may apply for missing items.
- G1GameOne Store not liable for lost/damaged products during return.
Replacements
- Replacement shipped after return is received.
- Notification sent once shipment is available.
- Similar or higher model provided if same model unavailable.
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
- Resellers handle replacement process for their customers.
Product Repair, Replacement, and Service
- Product must meet warranty terms for service eligibility.
- Non-compliant products returned with a service charge.
- Replaced/repaired products may differ slightly in appearance.
- Warranty applies to original purchaser only.
- Software is excluded.
- Service charges apply if returned product is incomplete/damaged/modified.
Exclusions (Warranty Does Not Cover)
- Altered/damaged serial numbers or warranty seals.
- Damage due to incorrect setup, misuse, negligence, unauthorized software installation.
- Natural disasters, personal injury, or transport damage.
- Servicing by unauthorized personnel.
- Firmware/software installation errors.
- Water damage, missing parts, normal wear and tear.
- Dead pixels within acceptable limits.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
DOA products must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Panel Pixel Warranty
Monitors follow ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 standards. Minor backlight bleeding is normal.

OLED Burn-In Policy
3-year Burn-in Warranty for OLED monitors. Warranty void if:
- Screen Care functions disabled.
- Excessive HDR usage caused burn-in.
- Monitor left on for long periods without Screen Care active.
